Hi, I'm Emily Wilks, a registered psychologist with a warm, compassionate approach.

I draw on evidence-based modalities - including CBT, solution-focused therapy, and Positive Psychology - to help women move through self-doubt, perfectionism, and emotional overload with clarity and strength.

Who do you work with?

We work with adult women across Australia who are navigating stress, anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, self-doubt, or simply seeking greater clarity, confidence and wellbeing. All sessions are one-on-one and fully online.

Are all sessions online?

Yes. All our psychology sessions are delivered via secure video call, making it easy and convenient for you to access support from anywhere in Australia - from home, work, or wherever you feel most comfortable.

How do I know if therapy is right for me?

ou don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Many of our clients come to gain support with challenges like stress, overwhelm, or navigating life changes. If you’re feeling stuck, exhausted, or disconnected from yourself, therapy can offer a safe space to reflect, reset and grow.

How often will we meet?

This depends on your needs. Some clients benefit from weekly sessions, while others prefer fortnightly or monthly check-ins. We’ll work together to find a rhythm that works for you.

Is this covered by Medicare?

Yes. We offer rebates for psychology sessions under Medicare for eligible clients with a current Mental Health Treatment Plan and referral from a GP. This means your sessions are partially or fully covered under standard Medicare rates, with no out-of-pocket cost to you.

How do I get started?

Simply book an initial session.

We’ll start by getting to know you, understanding what’s been happening for you, and exploring what kind of support you’re looking for.
