Affirmation: In the present I need nothing.

Can you sit here in this moment with me?
Take a few breaths in and out. Allow everything to slow down. And just take the moment in.
What are you feeling?
Are you feeling a bit edgy... like there's more things you should be doing?
Or are you able to settle into the moment and the inner peace that flows from letting go of all that came before this moment & all you think is coming?
Feel the moment. Let your mind be still. Let your mind simply notice what IS.
I can hear the sounds of the breeze outside, the leaves blowing. The blind knocking gently against the open window.
The sounds of cars in the distance on the highway...
What are you hearing?
Take a moment now to focus on what you're seeing around you. Just notice it.
Try not to judge or get lost in thoughts about what you're seeing.
Take your time to appreciate the respite from thinking and be grateful for your shift into simply BEING.
You need nothing right now in this moment. You have everything you need to be still and silent and present with now.
Now, I want you to try to carry this presence and peace into the next moment. And the next.
